In this article, Boris Weisfeiler, a Princeton University professor was hiking in Chile before he was soon discovered to be missing. Weisfeiler was wearing militant-like clothing that would have let others suspect he was a soldier. Many including Mr. Weisfeiler's family believed that his body had flown down a river, where he had died. The police had came up with that conclusion due to his backpack being found near the river. Mr. Weisfeler's sister, Olga Weisfeiler, had even tried to follow the path of where her brother could have possibly have gone missing."It has been a very challenging 27 years for me and my family since Boris disappeared,"  stated Olga, his sister. when she told BBC News over an email.

Supposedly police had said that, military officers in Chile had believed that Weisfeiler was an army man. They had captured him and held him for years. Where he was tortured and help captive.   "The indictments are long awaited and extremely welcome news. However, this is only the first step of a long process of accounting for Boris' fate, that will hopefully bring resolution to the case so that we may know what happened to my brother." This is true, this is only the beginning that will determine how Boris's fate will end up, I hope to find that soon he is healthy and not hurt in any manner.
